The APSU Wind Ensemble is proud to announce our program and performance dates for the College Band Directors National Association (CBDNA) Southern Division Conference, to be held in Tampa, Florida this February.

The program will feature the music of esteemed composers: Percy Grainger, John Mackey, Quinn Mason, and Dennis Llinás; and transcribers Joseph Kreines and Dr. Nicholas Williams.

We will be joined by guest conductors Dr. M. Cory Schmitt, Associate Director of Bands at APSU, and Dr. William Wiedrich, retired USF Director of Bands and Orchestras.

It is a true honor to feature guest soloist Master Gunnery Sergeant Samuel Barlow on trombone. Sgt. Barlow is a member of the President's Own Marine Band and an alumnus of Austin Peay State University, class of 2000, where he was a student of Susan K. Smith.

We hope you can join us at one of the three performances of this program.

We were so fortunate to share halftime with MTSU Band of Blue this evening! Many thanks to Dr. Braue and his team for their hospitality. This historic collaboration will hopefully continue for years to come!
