We love frolicking at home! Jacksonville has such a warm and inviting cosplay community and we’re so happy to be part of it. Thank you to our bobble keeper, Dana, for the mention!

Watch it or don’t, the choice is yours. In the meantime, black fantasy creatives are fighting tooth and nail for their space in the industry. Support them directly. They’re self-publishing, they’re creating short films out of pocket, they’re fighting AI generated slop that’s regurgitating their style without the soul.

I said what I said, and I’m sticking to it. So, no need to argue with me in the comments🧚🏾🌳🖤

✨Leveling up with side quests✨

I don’t typically post things that aren’t fantasy on this page but, there are a lot of locals that follow me now. I was so touched by my last visit at Gaa Cafe 家店 that I just had to share.

To me, community is everything, and each time I visit Gaa Cafe I feel like I’m welcomed into more than just yummy tea and fresh pastries. During this visit, I stumbled onto a dance performance and was even taught a partner dance and popular Chinese Line dance. Dancing with strangers felt a little awkward at first but soon we were cheering each other on and begging for teacher to teach us another!

Thank you to everyone who made this magic happen! (I’m still practicing my steps to the Judges’ Dance 💃🏽) Can’t wait to see what else new is happening at this hub of culture and community.

Have you met our longtime BFD Host, Gothess Jasmine? They were our gracious MC at Fairytale Gala: Royals and continued to spread magic in their hometown of Austin.

As part of our Faemily Reunion promotions, Gothess Jasmine hosts IMOLE: A Black Fae Day Celebration. There all faebies are met with love and celebration of their creativity, joy, and found faemily. Will you be attending next gathering?
