This doesn’t feel real, but I have some thanks to share 😭

This week has felt like a fever dream. Watching this place I loved turn into a carcass of what once was has broken my heart.

The literal hundreds of times I’ve been asked why we’re closing and having to PC my way through everything has drained my battery.

Thinking I had more time to meticulously pack things away, clean the space and leave it with dignity, only for that to be ripped away in 20 minutes yesterday has me in shock.

I am not okay. But I’m still standing because of so many of you.

For those who came and saw me those last few days and shared your story - I will remember that forever.

For those who held me while I broke down when I was trying to keep the smile on - thank you.

For the members who pooled together to gift me with a massage and reminded my that I need attention to - thank you for showing me you loved me as much as the physical space.

For the people showing kindness and compassion while we work through hundreds of emails and refunds - your kind words are healing after the way we’ve been spoken to.

For my manager who has been by my side for EVERYTHING and is still working through the background loose ends - there are no words & id make her uncomfortable anyways (IYKYN)

For my husband who has been consistently present - thank you for being the lighthouse. This has been one hell of a storm.

I don’t know how to move past this. I don’t know what’s to come next. But I do know that this has been two years of the HARDEST thing I’ve done mixed with the most magical moments ✨

I’m so proud. I’m so sad.
