Born in Bulgaria and moved to the United States to pursue a career in dance. She is a performer, choreographer, company dancer with Kinetic Etchings, and rehearsal director and company artist with NZO Dance Theatre. While studying dance at Belhaven University, she trained under Gabe Speiller and Kevin Jenkins, performed with Zion Dance Company, and collaborated with numerous choreographers. Lilian has received choreography awards and recognition through dance competitions and the American Collegiate Dance Association. She is honored to work alongside such talented artists and is excited to continue sharing her passion for dance.

Jackson, Mississippi native Allison Dobson is a company artist with NZO Dance Theatre and a graduate of the Mississippi School of the Arts. After beginning her training at Power APAC and Wells APAC, Allison has spent more than 15 years developing her voice as a dancer, performer, and educator.

Rooted in family, lineage, and a deep love for movement, Allison brings strength, sensitivity, and intention into every room she enters. She is proud to be part of NZO’s inaugural company and the creation of SERMONING.

Nicholas Gardner, affectionately known as Nick thee Butterfly, is a dancer from Braxton, Mississippi. A sophomore at Hinds Community College studying writing, Nick began his dance journey at age 19 with Montage Theatre of Dance. He now makes his professional company debut with NZO Dance Theatre.

Nick is grateful to the friends, family, and fellow artists who have supported his journey. As a member of NZO’s inaugural company, he hopes to be part of building a future where Mississippi artists can grow, create, and become professionals right here at home.

Jarel Kingdom, a native of Jackson Mississippi who truly believes in serving the community through artistry! A dancer who has been refining his skills since 2021 and beeen honored to perform on stages such as Essence festival in New Orleans and Thalia Mara hall right here in Jackson Mississippi. Jarel has been exposed to every form of dance from ballet-tap and believes that becoming better everyday even if it’s by an increment is a necessity!
