While I do make process videos all the time, one thing I don’t think I’ve ever really talked about is the engineering that sometimes goes into creating the pieces I make. This setup is relatively simple, but what you don’t see in these pics is that those pieces are elevated in the center and the ends are draping downward so I can use gravity to get awesome color flows. That can sometimes make it a bit challenging to keep the ice where it should be. I had to create a wall of ice on the open sides so that the ice on top had somewhere to sit. And then the bricks on either end are basically like bookends to keep the mounds from spilling off the ends. I even have specific ice molds that I’ll use when I’m making certain pieces. So yeah, the more you know, I guess.

I thought these were suspiciously small when I was tying them and figured it was just Bella Canvas doing what they do and making women’s sizing incredibly small to p**s everyone off. Come to find out - haha, these are kids sizes. If anyone is looking for some kids medium or large tanks, these are available.
