Now I make functional wheel thrown pottery with my custom glazes. I'm often trying to create items that evoke a feeling or tell a story.

Here are a few examples of a new glaze. I fired a wood kiln with some friends of mine . Wh**ey collected all the ashes from the day's firing. It ended up being about two five gallon buckets full. I took some of that ash and charcoal and mixed it with some local wild clay and earthenware to make this crazy running splash of color glaze that you see here. I'm amazed and excited. Hope you enjoy it too.
