It breaks my heart to see theatres use AI in an industry that prioritizes human creativity. Especially when a majority of theatres now seem to think it's okay because:

1. They don't have the budget to hire a designer or pay for software.
2. There isn't enough time to create all the marketing materials.
3. No one has the skill set to be considered a graphic designer.

There are alternatives to using Generative AI in your marketing. I highlighted 7 alternatives to generative AI / AI slop that any theatre can implement on the Cue to Cue blog for Beyond Theatre Collective (link in bio).
