The World Rib Eating Championship hits The Great Midwest Rib Fest! 🔥 Twelve minutes to make history as the world’s best eaters go rack for rack. Defending champion James Webb returns after putting down a staggering 9.1 pounds last year, but the competition is closing in.

Registration is now open on the MLE website. $4,000 total on the line.
