I know I’m being judged by my abilities, my work, and what people see in a photo. I know there will always be another company looking at something I created and thinking, “I can do it better.”
And maybe they can.
I know I’m not the best at everything I do. I’m not going to tell you I’m the most luxurious, the trendiest, or the most talented balloon company in town.
But there is something you can’t see in a picture — the depth of love, loyalty, and appreciation I have for my clients.
I go above and beyond on every job because, for me, this has never been just about the money. It’s about the relationship.
It’s about earning your trust. Listening to what you really want. Caring about your budget, your vision, and your event. It’s about being on your side and doing everything I can to make sure you feel taken care of.
My clients have trusted me with their businesses, their celebrations, their milestones, and some of the most important moments in their lives. I never take that lightly.
People may see an installation and judge whether they could have done it bigger, better, or differently.
But they don’t see the phone calls, the extra effort, the problem solving, the things I do that I may never charge for, or how much I genuinely want my clients to be happy.
My work can be compared. My heart for my clients cannot.
