I published my first book last year called "Intrusive (Poetry my therapist should read) it is available on Amazon.com. A collection of my personal poetry, quotes, short stories, creative writing as well as some motivational speaking. Sometimes I write thoughts long and short that I am intrigued to post This page is a safe place for my followers to voice their opinions of my work. These collections

range from the deepest darkest of posts to the most uplifting. Fictional and non-fictional this page will have a wide variety. She ran right back to the pain again,
Mania calmed her depression overwhelmed her anxiety,
Rather sit in her own pain then to taint them all,
Laying awake,
Counting sheep at night.

Title: Complacent

There is a strange feeling outside,
We are just watching people die,
Going on with the routine of our own lives,

Day after day,
Nothing feels the same,
Emotions cloud the air,
Overworked and feeling shame,

There is a strange feeling in the air,
I am not understanding,
Why don’t more people care?
What is happening?
Is anyone even aware?
It is coming!
You cannot pretend that it is just over there,

They want your blood,
They want your body,
And control,

History repeats itself,
And it will always rhyme,
The murders,
The crimes,

It is coming,

You can smell it in the air,
You are breathing it in,
Bitterness,
Dystopia within the wind,
Strange things are happening,

Would you happen to care?
PLEASE STOP!
PLEASE LISTEN!
IT’S TIME WE ALL BE AWARE!
Masked men are outside,
Trampling on your rights,
Masked men outside,
Kidnapping people who walk by,
Killing anyone who stands up for their rights,

It is time we decided,
Will you stand tall or hide?

There is a strange feeling outside,
WILL YOU BELIEVE THEIR LIES?

WE CANNOT RUN AND HIDE!
