Disappointed we will miss Round 3 of Sunset Sprints. I will be spending the next week on vacation with my family in Florida.

We will be back for Round 5 of the Indy Karting Challenge on Sunday July 5, and we’re going to make our first attempt in the Tony Kart chassis and see if things go a little better. I’ve learned a little more about these chassis in the last couple weeks. So we’re going to leave the Eagle chassis at home, swap over my seat and try something different.

We struggled all day with issues on the chain. Was really off pace in practice and changed gearing for qualifying. Threw the chain off on the second lap of qualifying and chewed up our gear real bad. Thought I had everything corrected for the heat race, and turns out once you throw a chain you can't...

Moved up to 10th in the 2026 Indy Karting Challenge point standings.

The adjustments we made helped a ton, the chain survived the feature. Made up another .8 of a second. Improving, little by little.

Been a tough day so far… threw the chain again. We’re working on it. Have a couple hours until the feature. We’re going to adjust the motor mounts and put a new chain on it.

Threw the chain in qualifying. Unfortunately I didn’t get the motor mounted properly strait. I tested it before hand, but it is what it is.

Missed out on quality seat time. Starting from the back in the heat.

17th out of 21 in practice. Went higher on the rear sprocket. I know where I need to improve on the track, so looking forward to getting a little faster in qualifying.
