Our 20” Grizzly planer was the first industrial tool we purchased in 2020. It was manufactured in July of 2006, and was purchased used from a Huntsville native who milled hardwood for a living, had closed his businesses doors, and had kept the planer in his garage until he heard that there was a makerspace in town that was in the market for carpentry tools. He sold us the planer for a generous deal, and it has lived its second life at Sanctuary ever since.
