Sometimes being an entrepreneur means not having someone to call out to. I hated to call an audible, but I am not healthy enough to serve a plated brunch today. I put on my mask and quickly set up a buffet with lots of apologies.

It was an honor to serve as Foster Chef courtesy of the Huntsville-Decatur Tuskegee Alumini Club for the boys at the Harris Home. I believe my heart grew 3 sizes as the boys of the Harris Home helped unload their Christmas dinner. I loved how big their eyes got as I handed off Pans and told them what's inside. I made sure I poured a lil extra love in each pan because mama's carry magic in wooden spoons. ❤️🌻

Imagine with me for a second:
You're standing in line at the company party waiting on the Chef to put the last items on the buffet line. You see the coordinator whisper something to the Chef. The Chef looks at you, looks at the buffet, and says, "S**t!"

Chef's Perspective:
You're quickly filling the the gaps on the buffet when you hear, "Chef, we have a vegan." (Points to the door)
Chef: 👀😬How vegan?
Coordinator: Very.
Chef: (Looks over at the bacon someone put in the green beans) S**t! They're outta luck. 😭
