📸 WE’RE HIRING — FULL-TIME CONTENT CREATOR

We’re looking for a full-time Content Creator to join our team and capture the real, day-to-day action of a growing construction company.

This is NOT a remote position and it’s not just sitting behind a computer editing all day.

🎥 What you’ll be doing:

* Following the owner, project managers & crews throughout their day
* Traveling to job sites and capturing raw, behind-the-scenes footage
* Filming meetings, projects, equipment, crews & day-to-day operations
* Creating short-form content for Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
* Helping create longer-form YouTube content
* Occasionally filming the owner outside of work, including farm life, cattle, horses & other day-to-day activities
* Editing footage into engaging social media content

We’re looking for someone who:

* Knows how to shoot quality video
* Understands social media and what makes good content
* Can edit video
* Is comfortable being around construction sites and equipment
* Is dependable, creative and willing to be on the move
* Has reliable transportation
