✨ Self-Love Is Not Selfishness ✨

Somewhere along the way, we were taught that caring for ourselves meant neglecting others. That rest was laziness. That boundaries were barriers. That self-love was selfish.

But here’s what I’ve learned:
You cannot pour from an empty vessel.
You cannot lead with clarity if you’re running on fumes.
You cannot nurture others if you’ve abandoned yourself.

Self-love is not a detour from service, it’s the foundation of it.
