2/13/2019: Sorry for posting so late! Sorry for the look of my dish too! We were rushing to finish before class ended so i didn’t have time to make it all pretty haha. Today we made Beef Bourguignon and fresh handmade pasta! It was so much fun!!!

2/12/2019: Roast Rib of Beef slay Jus, Duchess Potatoes, and Brocolli Rabe. Our teacher told us that we had to taste it as it is shown in the picture before we could cook it to where it wasn’t pink anymore. It was good still but I think it needed to be cooked a little more😂 The broccoli was really good! I’d never had that kind of broccoli and the potatoes were like little clouds. They were crunchy but so soft on the inside.

2/7/2019: Salmon!! Today in class our teacher didn’t give us a recipe so we were pretty much able to season it how we wanted. I wanted lemon herb salmon but after getting frustrated multiple times I just took a couple of my classmates dressings and put it on my salmon 😂. We grilled the salmon, made mediterranean style cous cous and added some arugula salad and it was surprisingly really good.

2/5/2019: Our first full meal! FINALLY! Today we made roast chicken, with mashed potatoes and asparagus and gravy. The gravy was TO DIE FOR. Thank goodness we aren’t just make soups anymore.🙌🏽
