So bring the offsite to an 1883 laundry plant. Real light, 1883 brick, room for 50 to 150, and no carpet. The venue only starts at $500- $1200 for weekdays

Weekday elopement, $2,000. Thirty of your people, the whole building, done by nine.

If you want more than that but not a full Saturday, all-inclusive micro runs start at $5,000 to $15,000 and cover the vendors you would otherwise spend six months chasing.

Come out to Brenham Oct 16-18th for one of the best weekends of the year- Texas Arts and Music fest.

One hour from Houston. Ninety minutes from Austin.

Your guests will not complain about the drive. Brenham gives them somewhere to actually be. Bluebonnets from mid-March through April, Blue Bell, the Antique Rose Emporium, the Simon Theatre, and a downtown they can walk in in an afternoon.

Washington County is where Texas became Texas, which is a decent line for somebody's toast.

The average rehearsal dinner costs $5,000, and most of it buys a back room at a restaurant.

Take the whole building instead. Same address as the wedding, your caterer, your playlist, and every out-of-town guest in one room.

No shuttling 40 people across town at 9pm and no second venue contract to read.

This door kept things cold in a building that has been standing since 1883.

it was a grocer first, then a working commercial laundry plant. The brick is original. The steel is original. We did not buy any of it at a market and haul it in.

There is a difference between a building with a past and a building decorated to look like it has one.

That is The Knot's 2026 number, from about 10,500 real couples. Ours is not that. The building alone runs $3,300 to $6,000, and most couples here land between $15,000 and $25,000 all in for 100 people on a Saturday.
