Combining Central Texas barbecue with international cuisines reflects the richness of cooking in the Lone Star State and one of the most important evolutions of Texas 'Q in the last few years. But 12 years ago, there was only one barbecue joint spearheading this effort: Blood Bros. BBQ. The boys from Alief were trailblazers in the transformation of Texas barbecue, and they still are to this day. We're always honored to have them at the Festival!
