I’ve been a busy little bee creating another way to enjoy my art and organize your 2027. By request from my sister Erin, enter THE WEEKLY PLANNER. Designed to fit in your bag for on the go weekly planning, while joining the analog revolution. Get off of Google Calendar and iCal with my nature inspired weekly planner. Each week has a different nature block print as a watermark. 6 lines to write your daily plans each day, and an added notes section every week. Weekly spreads also have all kinds of religious and cultural holidays, your moon cycles, zodiac suns, and other things. December is the cold moon or the long night moon, and I chose to print a house mouse all cozy tucked into its pile of leaves and dry grass. 2027 calendars will be ready prooooobably starting next week (maybe the week after). Just need to finalize all the special dates and do a final once-over before publishing and sending to my Etsy store for print on demand.

Have you been to The Whimsy Artisan yet? You can find over 100 local artists represented at this fun Heights shop. I’ve got quite a few prints available, some notebooks that I made, and even Houston skyline T-shirts.

Check out the print rack at the front of the shop to browse some of my nature prints. I print on handmade paper (yes, I make the paper too), and usually Houston flora and fauna themed. Quite a few right now will be included on the 2027 calendar I’m cooking up.

My Houston T-Shirts are all sizes. These were printed with a hand carved foam roller, with Houston in all caps and outlined with our downtown skyline. I spy with my little eye Danita ✂️ T-shirts too!

Today is the Lion’s Gate Portal (yes, I’m learning about all kinds of astrological fun things while preparing for my 2027 calendar) and Texas has Mountain Lions. The Lion’s gate portal is said to align with abundance, the “dog days of summer”, the harvest, the Star Sirius (canis major), and Leo Season, all of which I hope you can find in this special print. The paper used for this print is recycled brown paper, egg cartons, and grass clippings from my neighborhood. It smells like a fresh cut lawn.

Stay tuned for 2027 calendar updates! I’m getting so close to completing this project on time. Yes, it will be a drop-ship item that is printed as it’s ordered. I’ve found a website that can link to my (very old and hardy used) Etsy account.

This calendar is going to be so so special. I’m going to have as many different religions and their holidays, zodiac, meteor shower peaks, open portals, all that good stuff.

Don’t come for me peeps, I’m giving Etsy another try. While trying to figure out how to do this print-on-demand thing for my 2027 calendar so I don’t just have one million calendars taking up my entire livingroom studio, my temporary solution is to use gelato to design and Etsy to print. In the meantime, I’ve uploaded some of my older illustrations for shirts and greeting cards (YES it’s true! Only $10 for a pack of 10 matching greeting cards plus Etsy shipping).

And girrrrl you know I had to add a fan favorite, the Queen of Bicycle Hearts is now available as a tank top. I did buy myself a sample and can’t wait to see how it is and wear it for all my summer setups.
