Classes are conducted at Upasana Kalakendra Dance Studios in Katy and Sugarland/ Missouri City. The studios encompass a serene space with engineered dance floors suitable for Indian classical dancing. The dance floors

are built in a way to minimize injuries during movement exercises. Class structure comprises of dedicated students in a group at different levels. Students are grouped according to their training level so that they get the full benefit of their class training. Students of different levels are not cramped into a single class. Students learn and explore the nuances of Indian classical dance and it's technique through a great understanding of Indian culture, traditions, stories from mythology and contemporary literature; and how these stories are woven into the rich tapestry of Indian clasiccal dance repertoire under the able guidance of Smt.
