When I created The Entrepreneur Tour 2026 — Flagship Edition, I knew I wanted more than another event.🧡

I wanted relationships to be built. Resources to be shared. Doors to open. And opportunities to continue LONG after we left the room.

There is a difference between someone who can follow instructions and someone who can recognize a need and take initiative.

You shouldn't always have to be asked.

Strong leaders, team members and partners pay attention. They recognize where help is needed and determine how they can contribute.
That's initiative.

See the need. Feel the need. Fill the need.
Don't wait for an assignment when the need is already apparent. If you have the ability and opportunity to contribute, take action.

Because having the ability means nothing if you refuse to use it.

I’m STILL processing this one. 🏆🧡

In the midst of everything that Saturday held, I was presented with a special recognition from the Office of Texas State Representative Ron Reynolds honoring my work through Doing Far More LLC and The Entrepreneur Tour.

And when I actually sat down and READ the words...
Whew.

The recognition speaks to my dedication to small businesses, vendors, creators and entrepreneurs—from Houston, across Texas and nationwide—and acknowledges The Entrepreneur Tour for bringing people together, creating opportunities and helping businesses grow.

But this line stopped me:
“True leaders connect the dots, open doors, and help others rise.”

THAT.
Because that's exactly what I've prayed this work would do.

The Entrepreneur Tour was never created simply to host another event. I wanted to MAKE THE ROOM MATTER.
