With reverence for Shadowsweat who I will no longer be DJing with until further notice, this is how GlitterSpit spent her Halloween. WE love and thank you for supporting us on our continued journey... On the surface this consciously composed GlitterSpit mix contains an eclectic lyrical narrative selectively appropriate to the holiday, and both moody and groovy but...It also highlights periodic plot points and twists which subconsciously unfold the tale of our 7 year romantic miscarriage. As a memorial for someone for whom I had hoped to birth and maintain a beautiful artistic collaboration, the mix is a sacred invocation to recall my power and my light and a testament to the brutality, the terrifying beauty, the utter fragility and the obstinate endurance of love.
