Though all filmmakers are welcome to submit their work for consideration, there is space provided, Efficacious Moving Voices of the African Diaspora (EMVAD) TV OTT virtual museum’s mission is to give emphasis on and about the talented Black independent filmmakers and artists from around the globe and it's richness of spirit that’s brought to the genre; Where full participation in telling our stories and truth through the lens of our mind’s eye is celebrated; Where enrichment, motivation, inspiration and uplift are a major component of the fabric clothed in the spirit of the work.
