🎉✨ A Huge Cy-Fest 2024 THANK YOU! ✨🎉
We just wrapped up an incredible Cy-Fest 2024 festival on Saturday, and we couldn't have done it without YOU! Your energy, enthusiasm, and over 6,000 attendees made this event truly unforgettable. We absolutely love the support from our community for the largest FREE family-friendly event in the Cypress area. 💖

🌟 Our Amazing Volunteers – With representation from our Lone Star College-CyFair faculty, staff, students, and support staff, LSC-CyFair Branch Library and the Friends of the Library • LSC-CyFair Library sponsorship and volunteers, and our local Cypress Key Club Students. Your hard work and dedication were the backbone of this event!
We loved the representation from our Lone Star College System Police Department, including Sunny the Police Horse and Tater Tot the Therapy Dog. A special thank you to our Lone Star College CyFair Fire Academy - Cadet Connect. Having our event in conjunction with our Cy-Fair Fire Department's Firefest added all of our amazing first responders.
🎤 Performers & Artists – Thank you to DJ Kenia, the School of Rock, Soleil Music & Arts, and our own LSC-CyFairs Music, Choir, and Drama Departments for sharing your incredible talent and making the festival come alive!
🍴 Food Vendors – It's A Wrap Food Truck, Homies HTX Street Food Truck, Foreign Policy Food Truck, The CrepeXscape, Snowbirds Shaved Ice Food Truck, Pinchos Burgers and Kabobs, Connie's Frozen Custard, Yakult USA Energy Drinks, Raising Cane's, and LSC Dining Services Canteen Kitchen Cafeteria, your delicious offerings kept everyone fueled and happy! Chick-fil-A Cypress Towne Lake, thank you for providing breakfast to our volunteers and for having the Chick-fil-A Cow in attendance again this year, which always makes the kiddos and adults alike so happy.

🤝 Sponsors & Vendors – We are also grateful for the generosity of our over 50 sponsors and non-profit organizations. Many have connections to Lone Star College-CyFair, including former students like the Moreno family with BIG Texas Foam, including Sarah, her son Christopher, her son Michael, and his wife Ana (who met while at LSC-CyFair. Additionally, graduate Rachel Sheffield of Rachel Designs, a local minority woman-owned business, served as Cy-Fest 2024's Brand Ambassador.
Returning for the fifth year, Syed Raza sponsored a moonwalk and provided the rentals of the trains and inflatables, with his daughter Zara, an LSC-CyFair Freshman, serving as the Project Manager for Texas Jump and Splash. Sam's Club's once again provided our Hydration Water Stations, and Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union sponsored the ever-popular trains and hosted the Money Grab Activity with the Business Development Boys.
Our very own Professor Miguel Burke partnered with the LSC-CyFair Black Student Union, the Houston Voting Initiative Houston, the North Harris Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity to ensure festival guests are registered to vote in this very important upcoming election.
