Our Journey Forward...

In 2019 our team was simply comprised of a group of friends who shared similar interest in art, music, fashion, and entertainment. However, our interest in wanting to impact our community is what ultimately birthed our brand; DECADE:2020. The remainder of the year 2019 was spent not only planning our first event, but enduring the growing pains of obstacles that challenged us. Eventually after months of research, planning, and marketing, we threw an overwhelmingly successful show on January 4, 2020. The event included an art gallery, live music, visual projections, food, drinks, and a pop-up shop of vintage clothing. Seeing the guest who attend our show really struck us to continue to serve our Houston arts community.

Unfortunately, our plans for 2020 had to be canceled due to the crisis of COVID-19. None the less, we are using this time to work in the background to build our brand and layout the calendar of events for 2021. We are dedicated to the continuation of curating organized events for local artists of all mediums. We strive to cultivate a community that not only co-exist amongst all walks of life, but give Houston artist the opportunity to spotlight their work. Art is a conversation, and ours is generating the word of experience.
