This four year old boxer/bully blend was rescued from a high kill shelter in Tennessee. His past life must have been tough because he had a real hard time trusting and has scars to prove it. Through all the bad Zeus is still a very loving and dedicated dog. He currently lives in a home where he has to be separated from the other dogs at the rescue. So, Zeus asks kindly that he be the ONLY dog in t
he home. Zeus does NOT like cats, he will chase them. We suggest that Zeus be in a home with older children due to his tail constantly wagging, he may accidently hurt a baby or toddler. Whoever owned Zeus previously, must have spent large amounts of time training because it definietly shows. Zeus knows all the basic commands as well as some extras like leave it, drop it, fetch, roll over, etc.. Zeus loves to go for car rides, he is the best Co-pilot! His favorite toys include Kong brand toys, soccer ball, and tug-a-rope. Zeus is a snuggle bug and also loves his belly rubbed and ears scratched. Zeus deserves to have a family of his own, he has been here the longest and even though we all love him here, we can't give him enough of the attention he needs. Zeus is current with vaccinations, altered and ready to start his new life in a new home. Heartworm tested:NEGATIVE.
