I am pleased to finally be able to deliver this Blue Fish table runner to my friend. It had some design challenges which I overcame with some help from some online weaving friends from Rigid Heddle Weaving Group on Facebook and The Rogue Weaver The key to getting a great weave is keeping even tension. Thus, unwinding and tying up a different way, and near the end, with my loose threads, using weights to keep drooping threads from escaping. 😁

Visit me at First Friday tonight in front of Art On Oak. I will be weaving Rainbow Tea Towels for Pride Month. After the frenzy of the holidays I’m able to concentrate on weaving for inventory. Look for me soon at Art on Oak in Hood River! I am so excited to be a member of their community.

Scarf season is slowly making its way upon us and I have just the neck warmer for the season. Its acrylic fiber is easy to care for and the fall colors are addictive.
