Darcy's Decadent Designs ...Transforming pastries into Art! Darcy’s Decadent Designs is a home-based bakery located in the small town of Homer, Alaska.

Self taught, I specialize in custom decorated cakes, cupcakes, and cookies which showcase my unique style and passion for my art. Using the best of ingredients, each cake, buttercream, filling, etc is made in-house from scratch! Understand that I am a one-woman show and can only take on so many orders per week; ordering ahead of time is highly recommended and greatly appreciated.

Grandma’s Pelmeni Pot Cake 🥘🥟🍄

This one was so much fun to create! The little pelmeni were made with a chocolate cake pop filling and hand-wrapped in modeling chocolate to look just like real dough. And of course, I had to give the pot that vintage Ukrainian-inspired look that so many of us grew up seeing in our grandparents’ kitchens. ❤️

“Can you make 27 dozen cupcakes, 10 dozen macarons, 2 wedding cakes, and 2 custom birthday cakes by Saturday?” (not all for one customer and not all pictured)

Me: “Absolutely! No problem at all!” 😅

Proceeds to survive on caffeine and pure panic, stays up for two straight days, and starts questioning every life choice that led to this moment.
