The Hollywood Arab Film Association proudly congratulates Raffi Boghosian on his appointment as President of the Golden Globe Foundation.

Raffi has been a valued friend and supporter of HAFA and HAFF, generously encouraging our mission and standing beside our festival throughout the years. His leadership, dedication to the MENA film community, and commitment to supporting Arab artists continue to inspire us.

Submissions are now open for the HAFA Screenwriters Residency.

This residency is designed to support Arab storytellers through professional mentorship, creative development, workshops, feedback, and meaningful connections within the film industry.

As an official partner of the Academy Nicholl Fellowships in Screenwriting, HAFA will recommend up to two feature screenplays for consideration in the 2026–2027 Academy Nicholl Fellowships.

Develop your screenplay alongside a select cohort of writers and take the next step in bringing your story to life.

لقاء الممثل المصري الأمريكي آدم الشرقاوي في ختام الدورة الخامسة من Hollywood Arab Film Festival. سعدنا جدًا بوجوده معنا واحتفاله وسطنا بالسينما العربية، خصوصًا أن آدم يُعتبر من أكثر الممثلين العرب نشاطًا وحضورًا في هوليوود، ونفتخر بكل خطواته ونجاحاته المستمرة.

Meeting Egyptian-American actor Adam Elsharkawy at the closing ceremony of the 5th edition of the Hollywood Arab Film Festival. We were truly happy to celebrate Arab cinema together with him, especially as Adam continues to be one of the most active and rising Arab actors working in Hollywood today, and we are proud of his ongoing success and achievements.

سعداء بتكريم الفنان المصري هشام ماجد في حفل ختام الدورة الخامسة من مهرجان هوليوود للفيلم العربي 🌟🎬

وشهدت الليلة عرض فيلم “برشامة” وسط حضور مميز من النجم المصري مصطفى غريب، والنجمه المصرية ريهام عبدالغفور، إلى جانب نخبة من نجوم وصناع السينما العربية.

كانت ليلة مميزة نحتفل فيها بالسينما العربية وإبداعاتها في قلب هوليوود ❤️

We were honored to celebrate and recognize Egyptian actor Hesham Maged at the Closing Ceremony of the 5th Edition of the Hollywood Arab Film Festival 🌟🎬

The evening also featured the screening of “Barshama,” attended by Egyptian star Mostafa Gharib, Egyptian actress Riham Abdel Ghafour, along with a distinguished group of Arab cinema talents and filmmakers.

It was a special night celebrating Arab cinema and creativity in the heart of Hollywood ❤️
