Love your old NES, Genesis, Atari etc? We probably have stuff that would interest you. From Mods to prebuilt Consoles I started this kind of on a whim. I recently got into Retro Gaming as a Hobby and it gets a bit pricey. I started buying and fixing old consoles to offset some of the cost. The demand started getting a bit higher so I just said "Why Not". It's small, it's Niche, but it's mine. This

Still work in progress, wired up controller and console with low draw LEDs. Controller wireless adapter is hardwired internally and each has a switch to disable them so wired controllers still function. The console LEDs required a set of capacitors to buffer power and a pwm controller to adjust brightness.

Still have a larger power supply coming and some finishing touches, but already looking like the final product.

LEDs were requested in purple, but turned out more magenta. Purple would have been ultraviolet and that is a bad idea for plastic, so the client chose to stick with this color.

I've modded plenty of Zelda Game & Watch devices, and even sell them and the build kits on my site. But I've never bothered with the Mario ones until now. Due to it having 2 fewer buttons, it just didn't make much sense to me. But I ordered a half dozen PCB's made and upgraded my personal one. Why not right?
I'll probably put together some kits out of the remaining boards I have. If they sell, who knows, I might restock them eventually.
