C. Moyer I have always been an artist I have just decided to truly embrace that part of myself and share it with the world! I cannot wait to see where it might take me.

Artist bio
Chrystal C Moyer born 10/25/1973 I have loved drawing, painting, working with clay and taking pictures since I was a child. Art being my favorite subject in school I remember every one of my art teachers fondly. I applied and was accepted to the Colorado Art Institute however I never made it there, life had other adventures for me at the time. I spent time in Kansas, and traveling in my

twenty’s before settling on the central east coast of Florida for about 12 and a half years where I worked with kids with autism. I attained my associate’s degree there and started on my bachelor’s degree before gradually migrated north again spending a little time in Alabama before coming back to Illinois in December of 2012. I come from a long line of creative people, creative outlets are very therapeutic for me, when I paint I am at peace, the world goes away. I was thrilled to learn when I was a teenager I actually shared a birthday with Pablo Picasso. I always found his work very interesting some of my other favorite artists are Georgia O’Keeffe and Salvador Dali. I had not done any panting in several years and did not realize how much I missed it! I have been painting actively again for about two years after finishing my bachelor’s degree in 2013 and having more time to devote to things I wanted to do. I am very excited for the new opportunities and adventures in my life and the fact that my art is once again a big part of that. Keep up with what I am doing on Facebook
