Machine Made Freckles 🧚‍♀️✨

I’ve been dreaming of these Frecks on my client from Mexico and I can’t WAIT to see them fully healed.

A few things change when they heal initially. Let’s talk about it:

₊ ⊹ There is a cool down factor that occurs in relation to color when they are fully healed. To account for that I always custom mix my pigment to be slightly warmer than my goal tone

₊ ⊹ Color lightens 30-40% once fully healed in 6-8 weeks. Even tho the skin is fully healed at that point we want them to be on the more pigmented side to give longevity

₊ ⊹ Density, as in quantity of, freckles decreases abut 30-40% once fully healed as well

₊ ⊹ The freckles also shrink in size once healed and the layering/groupings will start to break down and create more transparent/negative space leaving the yummiest and softest blending and dimension

That’s why it’s important to trust your artist and the process 🧚‍♀️✨

I lswear it’s so much harder than it looks 😭 like any craft, it takes time, patience, and consistency. Freckle tattoos are not and should not be your plan to get rich quick

Touch ups are just as important, if not more important, as the initial session ✨

To have long term natural fade out the freckles WILL be more vibrant / pigmented for the first few months.

Yes, the freckles will fade away completely in 1-3 years depending on each clients skin type and lifestyle but the process is always the same.

It’s my job to find the balance of saturation and depth to get you that longevity that you’re paying for while still creating effortless results that gently fade out over time.

If you want something that goes away in a few months or something that stays around forever, OR you expect my 1-2 year fade out results (posted on my page) immediately after healing, I am not the artist for you and freckle tattoos may not be the right service for you in general ⭐️

I never posted the photos of our elopement in February but here are some of my faves. There’s were so many good ones to choose from thanks to ✨

We took photos in Manhattan Beach, where we had our first date, where I would visit my grandparents growing up, and where we spread my grandpas ashes. We even took pics on the bench where we had our first date 🥹

We signed our marriage license with our immediate families and took them all to a private dinner at our favorite restaurant

It was everything we wanted and more. I can’t wait to celebrate at our “wedding” in august 🫶✨
