CHANGE OF VENUE - The Juneteenth Celebration will now be held at the Henrietta Recreation Center. Depending on the weather, events will be held both inside and outside. The time and all activities and entertainment will still be the same. Don't forget to bring your chair.

Does anybody have PRIDE themed or any fun props for a photo booth to allow us to borrow for the evening? We have 360 and still photo booth options. Help us make them more fun! 📸🌈

Attention Vendors for Henrietta Pride Fest 2026! We are thrilled to have an OVERWHELMING number of tables register this year.

Since our celebration will be in the Dome and the tables are larger than prior years, we closed registration after 50 groups. If you're an annual vendor and missed the sign-up, please email [email protected] to see if we have space for exceptions.

If you cannot make it, or want to share your table with another vendor, or have any other changes to your request, also email to let us know.

Please check in at the welcome table, and ask for Abi - Vendor Coordinator - if you have any questions about your table/space.

Set-up will begin at 4pm, but if you want to drop your stuff off earlier or need more time, let us know your ETA. Volunteers will be on site through the afternoon.

An email should arrive by this evening with additional details. If you don't receive anything, email [email protected].

We're running out of table spaces at Henrietta Pride Fest 2026! If you're an artist, author, crafter, LGBTQ+ supporting organization or business who wants a vending table at the festival, please register ASAP so we can include you in our map. 🏳️‍🌈

Henrietta Pride Festival is on Monday, June 15th, 5:30-8:00pm, at the Dome Center. Fill out this form to request a table, or update your table's registration information.
