All Pokemon legally obtainable at Levels 15-20 in RBY are eligible to participate! This INCLUDES tradebacks from GSC!

Train the ultimate team of 6 low level, high power Pokemon and put your battling skills to the test in 3-on-3 matches! 💥 But remember: the sum of the levels of your 3 chosen Pokemon cannot exceed 50! Choose your strongest Pokemon wisely!

🎉 THE RETRO POKEMON PICNIC WAS A SUCCESS! 🎉

Bryan Gartner found a TON of the hidden Pokeballs and ended up winning the Bug-Catching Contest! He took home the main prize bundle of a $25 Pokemon Center gift card, a Scyther plush, and a pack of cards, PLUS a Bulbasaur plush and lots of 3D wooly Pokemon! 🐝

Matthew Triplett won the Bug Bash GBA Battle Tournament with some tricky status moves like Burn and Sleep! He took home a Scizor plush and a pack of cards! 💥

A big thanks to Emilio Cariman for making the super quality stickers for the Bug-Catching Contest and providing a huge chunk of funding for the event! 🎁 And thanks also to Matthew Carter for supporting EVERY club event, and Josh Price-watson for making the journey to hang out with us today! ✨️

Are you ready for the Retro Pokemon Picnic? 👀 Here's a list of everything you'll need! 🌱

1. Food to share! Bring stuff like finger foods, chips, snacks, or desserts! You can also donate to the club instead.

2. Sunscreen and bug spray are a must! You don't want to get burnt by the sun or bitten by bugs while you're hunting for Pokemon! ☀️ Make sure you also dress for the weather!

3. A FULLY CHARGED Game Boy Advance with Pokemon RSE/FRLG and a team of Level 50 Bug, Grass, and Poison Pokemon! 🐝 Plus your other Game Boy Pokemon games!

4. A bag or basket for collecting Pokeballs! 🧺 The Pokeballs are pretty big, and you'll want to be able to carry them comfortably!
