Made a little trip to check out the Wings over Western Kentucky airshow today and glad I did! Got to see some awesome flying with a huge bonus to the rain for holding off the majority of the show. Also got to meet the Mayor of Madisonville who was extremely gracious as he mingled around the grounds. I'll definitely be keeping my eyes open for the next one! Enjoy some photos with more to come later!

It may not feel like it today but fall weather is just about here and I'm ready for it! Maybe not the winter that follows but fall? Absolutely. Caught this pair, along with a few others, last year during a fall walk around at John James Audubon State Park.

Heads up to all that have checked out the gallery so far, if you saved a photo in HD before last night, go save it again as you should get a larger image size (on most images). A setting on the gallery defaulted to a reduced "HD" size which I changed after discovering yesterday.

Had a great time at the Daviess County Airport - KDCY 2026 Wings and Wheels Fly In show! They had all types of autos, planes, helicopters, rc planes plus huey rides and food trucks.
