The secret’s out… meet the Hot Cocoa Cuties! ☕🤎

One little mug of cocoa turned into a whole cozy crew! These three are bundled up in matching sweaters and pompom hats, complete with tiny marshmallows and a little extra love on every mug. ❤️

From the tiny 7" desk goose to the 19.6–21" and 23" porch geese, nobody’s getting left out of cocoa season!

Getting all three ready took plenty of crocheting, a little stitch-unpicking, and a whole lot of “oh my goodness, that’s cute!” 😂

📢 A LITTLE PSA ABOUT AI, MY PHOTOS, & MY HANDMADE CREATIONS 🧶🪿❤️

I feel like this needs to be said, because there seems to be a lot of frustration surrounding AI-generated images lately, and I completely understand why people want transparency when it comes to handmade businesses. So, I want to be completely honest about how I create my photos.

💕 THE GEESE ARE REAL. THE OUTFITS ARE REAL. THE CROCHET IS REAL. THE HARD WORK IS REAL. 💕

Every porch goose outfit I share is something I have actually crocheted with my own two hands. The geese and the outfits are mine, and the creations you see in my photos are NOT AI-generated. I put my own time, creativity, yarn, and love into every single piece.

So, why do some of my photos have beautiful porches, gardens, or seasonal backgrounds?

Because I live in a small apartment without a porch or a garden. My actual photos are taken in my tiny dining room, where I do the best I can with the space I have. ❤️

I use AI ONLY to change the background of my photographs so I can show my handmade creations in the kinds of settings where I imagine them being displayed. A cozy front porch, a flower-filled garden, a festive holiday entryway — these settings help customers visualize how my creations might look in their own homes.

The background may be AI-assisted. The handmade product is not.

I am not using AI to crochet my outfits, manufacture my products, or create pretend items to sell. I am a real person making real things by hand. The stitches, the details, the colors, the ideas, and the work behind every creation are mine.

I respect that everyone has their own opinions about AI, and I respect that some groups have rules about its use. I will always do my best to follow those rules and be transparent about my photos.

But I also hope we can remember that a small handmade business owner may not have a picture-perfect porch, a beautiful garden, a photography studio, or the resources to create professional product photography. Sometimes, we use the tools available to us to help our work shine.

Please don't confuse an AI-assisted background with an AI-generated handmade product. There is a very real difference.

Behind every outfit I share is a real maker, real yarn, real stitches, and a whole lot of love. 🧶❤️

Thank you to everyone who supports handmade businesses, appreciates the work that goes into creating something from scratch, and takes the time to understand before making assumptions.

Support handmade. Support small businesses. And remember to look at the creation, not just the background. 🪿💕

Something sweet is brewing at Kati’s Kreations! ☕🤎

Matilda and Minnie are waiting on Gertie for their big debut, warm vibes and the coziest little hat!

Two sizes are finished, and the 23" version is next. I’m hoping to introduce all three together tomorrow, once the last goose gives her fit-test approval. 🪿

Happy Tuesday!! I have another pattern in the works that your goose can use all winter long... (between Holiday's of course)!! Hoping to have it done tomorrow. I'll try to give you a sneak peak this evening!

Minnie has changed out of her dress and into something cozy! 🤎

Her new turtleneck sweater pairs Cinnamon Cedar with an Aubergine neck and matching bow. Those greens and golds give this one such a lovely autumn feel.

She works indoors, doesn’t pay the heating bill, and still insists she needs a sweater. I’m not arguing with her. 🤣
