This Glassy Tiger butterfly is gorgeous! She's perched on a bouquet of tiny dried red flowers emerging from a black cauldron that's surrounded by fish pectoral spines on one side, and a surprise Eight-Spotted Forester Moth on the other 🖤 Because who doesn't love a black and red moment?!

✨NEW️✨️
This is a gorgeous Chain Swordtail butterfly 🦋 This species is more vividly colored on their undersides as a survival mechanism. Her red chain pattern is used for predator intimidation, while her top side offers camouflage when she's resting. She's perched on a squirrel vertebrae stack with some dried yarrow flowers, a smoky quartz point, and a little gold clock. All the elements combine to symbolize the idea of 'carpe diem' - life is short, beauty is ephemeral, so we must be intentional and make every second count 🖤
She will be available this weekend at HAVEN HdG as part of my Spring restock!
