New project! This Fitchburg 3-bed | 2-bath is exactly the type of project that we love. The home was in rough shape and didn’t qualify for conventional financing. It’s a diamond in the rough and will require a lot of sweat equity to bring it up to date - but with the right renovations will become a great family home.
