Ok you all, we started the evening STRONG 💪🍔 and had our new staff thinking, “Wow, this place is busy!”

Now they’re standing around looking at each other, checking the clock, and claiming they’re bored. 😒😂

Let’s show them what Charlie’s customers are made of! Come keep these folks busy before they start reorganizing the napkins, counting fries, or creating interpretive dance routines in the dining room. 🤣

Yesterday was one of those days we never expected. We completely ran out of several items and even ran out of propane.

As many of you know, we are a very small food truck with a separate dining room building. While we are incredibly grateful for the support and growth we’ve experienced, we simply don’t have the storage space or kitchen capacity to keep large quantities of inventory on hand.

Every day we pray for the opportunity to one day have a full kitchen that can better support our growing small business. Until then, we do our best to prepare, stock up, and serve every customer who comes through our doors.

To those customers we had to turn away yesterday, please accept our sincerest apologies. We know it’s frustrating to make the trip and not be able to get what you came for. We work hard to anticipate demand, but sometimes your amazing support exceeds even our best estimates.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our little business. We are truly blessed by this community and promise to keep working hard to serve you better every day. ❤️
