⭐️About Tamia
Tamia Bradford is a professional dancer and small business owner. She is currently living in Houston, Texas but is from Atlanta, Georgia where she began her dance training at her very own mother’s studio Visions Dance Academy. In her teen years she trained at Atlanta Ballet and went to The Ailey School intensives every summer. She is a graduate from Pointpark University class of 2022 — where she continued her training in Ballet, Modern, Jazz and many other dance electives as she earned her BFA. During her time at University she got the opportunity to study with dance educators Kiki Lucas, Garfield Lemonius, Jason McDole and many more. She also performed repertoire by choreographers Jae Man Joo, Norbert De La Cruz III, Amy Hall Garner, Robbie Priore and Crystal Frazier. After graduation Tamia joined the Houston Contemporary Dance Company which she danced with for 3 years. She worked with choreographers Yin Yun, Peter Chu, Joe Celej, and many more! She is currently living her professional artistic dreams as a freelance dancer and running her small business as a licensed beauty professional on the side.
