What a crazy ride its been. When I reflect on the last four years of doing this, I am reminded of so many awesome events, wonderful people, amazing music, and just overall great times. The BTG was started with the goal of creating more of a creative community in the area by connecting local artists to one another and engendering a space of love, creativity, and acceptance. I think in many ways we have accomplished this goal, and in other ways have failed to realize it to its truest potential. Hopefully if/when we come back we can change that. I don't want to focus this post on the successes or failures of BTG though, because the real thing that made us successful was you. Whether you're an artists that worked with us, an audience member, or a strictly online follower, you are the reason we have been successful. Thank you for your time, energy, and love, and thank you for walking through this crazy journey with us. I wanted to make a collage of all the artists we've ever worked with (which I might still do), but I figured we should get this post out there sooner rather than later, so I just used a few show photos that I had on hand. Thank you to all the artists who have worked with us and believed in us, you guys are all so uniquely and beautifully different and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to have worked with each and every one of you. I am not sure what the future holds for the BTG or any of us involved in it, but I do know all of us here at BTG will continue to love and support the creative community of this area, and do what ever we can to build up the amazing local artists in this area. Its both sad and exciting to put BTG on hiatus. Sad because we love this areas creative community and we love supporting it, exciting because with this break comes a chance to reevaluate and potentially build for the future. I love and appreciate all of you, and can't wait to still see you out and about at other dope local creative events đź’•đź’•
