‼️‼️PLEASE READ ‼️‼️ Melissa and her crew at the fairgrounds have really gone above and beyond for us!
Hello Everyone,
We're excited to have your rodeo series at the fairgrounds!
Attached you'll find a map showing the stall layout and the locations of the electrical outlets. We have plenty of stalls and electrical hookups available for this event, so while we won't be putting names on individual stalls or outlets, we've included the requests we have received so far to help everyone get situated. We're confident everyone can work together and find their spots without too much negotiating or arm wrestling.
For planning purposes, below is the list of folks who have reached out requesting stalls and/or camping hookups:
Kay Koeppen Electric F stalls 8, 9, 32
Cress Mummert Electric H stalls 11, 12
Anise Rask Electric D stalls 5, 6
Monica Erickson Electric A stalls 3, 4
Emily Dolan no camping stall 7
Patrick Rooney Electric E stalls 38, 39, 40
Andrea Smith Electric G stalls 33, 34, 35
Kay Schoepf Electric J stalls 13, 14, 15
Deana Pace Electric N stalls 24, 25, 26, 27
Michele Hussey no camping stall 20
Eric Steffensen no camping outdoor pens
Tamy Tamburelli Electric L stalls 16, 17, 18, 19
Jessica Aeschliman no camping stalls 36, 37
Diane Powers no camping stalls 21, 22
Rena Carlson electric B stalls 1, 2
If your name is not on this list and you were expecting stalls or camping, please let us know as soon as possible.
Outdoor Pens Available
We also have outdoor pens available underneath our new MQS pole barn for anyone who would prefer to keep their horses in an outdoor pen rather than the indoor stalls. The outdoor pens are the same cost as the indoor stalls and follow the same cleanup rules.
A quick reminder about the electrical hookups: all outlets are 110-volt service only. They work great for the basics, but if everyone decides to plug in every appliance known to mankind, there's a good chance you'll become very familiar with our breaker boxes. Please use power wisely!
Another important reminder: shavings are not included with your rental, so please plan to bring your own bedding for your horses.
When your stay comes to an end, we ask that you muck out your stalls and pile the manure and used bedding in the middle of the aisle. Our tractor crew will take it from there. They appreciate the help and are much happier scooping one big pile than chasing little piles around the barn.
For those who haven't been here before, the rodeo grounds have their own entrance located at:
327 Fairgrounds Road
If you have any questions before arrival, during your stay, or if you somehow manage to stump us with a question we haven't heard before, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Safe travels, and we'll see you soon!
Best,
Melissa Saville
