Hagerstown Artists group, a locally based group of creative people of all abilities and media, formed to represent local artists in the community of Hagerstown, and, along with the City of Hagerstown, we believe in art being for everyone, and it being a major part in the resurgence of our downtown and neighborhoods. We have many talented artists with wide ranging abilities in many types of art, wh
