Just finished moving out of my old shop of 25 years, it was a major job. Did a big downsizing, getting rid of some things I don’t really use anymore, hauled away 10,000 lbs of scrap. I’m very excited to get set up in my new shop and get back to work. This is some photos of the old space

Replaced the legs and neck stem on this springer. The legs had been previously replaced with silicon bronze on the bottom of the springer tree and easily came off. I like to tig weld them together above the tree with a plug welded internal sleeve, then slide full length chevrons in and braze everything together like factory. I think it’s a much stronger way.

Needed wishbones for this Panhead frame repair, made up the dies to make them, the wishbones are made from .120” wall dom steel tubing. I have the 48-49 tubes for $250 a pair and the 50 and up tubes with the horn mount flats for $300
