Booked and busy doesn’t always mean profitable. 👀

I’ll say it louder for the people pricing in the back…

If your prices only cover the balloons, labor, overhead, and this month’s bills, what are you actually building?

Profit is what gives you the ability to invest. To create assets. To prepare for retirement. To build an exit strategy so your business eventually becomes something you choose to do—not something you HAVE to do.

Getting the job because you were the cheapest might feel like a win today, but I’m thinking about where that decision leaves me 10, 20, even 30 years from now.

Because respectfully… Eddie and I are NOT trying to be 60 years old fighting with a ladder because we still need Saturday installs to pay the mortgage. 😂
