So, just wanted to share this. One of the most difficult parts to doing this at this scale is modeling. In order to model for CNC machining at this scale, I have to figure out how and what to REMOVE from the model. Like sculpting. I have to start with the block (stock) in mind, then strategize how my tools and tool paths are going to remove what I need in the different stages i need.

It's tedious, but I do enjoy seeing it all come out. Really excited to be working on this one!

Thanks for stopping by. I design and manufacture miniature championship belts and plate sets for wrestling figures using solid brass and CNC machining. Each piece is machined from solid brass, hand-finished, and assembled with genuine leather straps.

As a collector, I've always wanted metal belts for my figures. Jakks was my first introduction to this dream, but they were few and far between. So I set out to make my own metal belts, and now I want to share that passion with collectors throughout the community.

Every design is an opportunity to improve, experiment, and push the limits of what's possible at this scale.
