Seeking 15 actors and 3 singers, ages 14 & up.

ACTORS: Please prepare 10 lines from any Shakespeare play, comedy or tragedy, and be prepared to read from the script as well.

SINGERS: (male or female). Please prepare 60 seconds of a jazz standard (think Dean Martin, Ella Fitzgerald, etc). Bring music on a flash drive, or email a link to Steve Schultz.

You may audition as both an actor and a singer, but you will likely not be cast as both.

This production is a partnership between Tusculum University Arts Outreach and the new Theatre Major at Tusculum University!

Performances are December 3-6 in the Behan Arena Theatre.

No experience with Shakespeare necessary.

CALL FOR SCRIPTS!
The Annual "Edgar Allan Poe & Other Spooky Stories in the Woods" will be October 23 & 24 at the Doak House Museum grounds.
So we need some scripts to perform!
We'll accept four scripts from anyone interested in submitting. Please send the first page and a brief description to Steve Schultz at [email protected] by August 8. For those that are chosen, full scripts will be needed by August 24.
Unfortunately, there is no compensation other than free admission to the event for the scripts selected. This event is the largest fundraiser for the Tusculum University Young Actors Studio, so the "payment" you'll receive is the knowledge that you've helped one of the longest running free children's theatres in the USA.

It’s the last day of camp, which means tech rehearsal and dress rehearsal before the premiere of their brand new, original play this evening! Come see “Too Many Cookies” tonight at 6:00 in the Marilyn DuBrisk Theatre!

One of the ways Arts Outreach promotes the arts in our community and surrounding areas is by lending from our extensive costume collection, free of charge. It’s always fun to see our costumes up onstage, like these in NPAC’s summer camp production of Mary Poppins Jr.! If your school or theatre would like to take advantage of this program, contact us for details!
