My art is aimed at evoking emotion and reflection through images that reflect a lifelong passion for storytelling through art. I’m Kelvin Cunningham, a professional artist working mainly with charcoal, pastel, and acrylic paint. Born in 1967 in Little Rock, Arkansas, I’m now based in Greenbrier, Arkansas. I’m a member of the Conway League of Artists and have exhibited in multiple galleries and fea
tured shows, earning numerous awards throughout my career. My artistic journey began early, studying advanced drawing, figure drawing, and painting at The University of Arkansas at Little Rock. My style blends realism and impressionism, with bold contrasts in my charcoal and mixed media pieces and vibrant hues in my acrylic paintings. Art has been a lifelong passion and a path of self-discovery. After stepping away to serve my country and raise my family, I’ve rekindled my love for creating. Now, as a proud Pawpaw to nine grandchildren, I continue to explore and share my passion for art.
