What a night! Last night's Forever Youngs launch at The Nest Cowork + Club was energizing from start to finish.

The room was full, the energy was contagious, and Julia Rowlen absolutely delivered! An excerpt reading, a Q&A, bookmarks, candles, photos ....time just disappeared.

Something I've been sitting with lately...

The moments that actually restore you rarely look productive from the outside. A walk. A quiet morning.

Or lying on the driveway staring up at the sky through the trees while your kiddo outlines your body in chalk. 😜

Dedicated time with a paintbrush and no agenda falls into that same category. That's the whole idea behind Sprig + Stone, and it's also the heart of the August issue of The Still Point, dropping August 11.
