Why Choose an Experienced Branding Firm for Your Graphic Design and Web Development Needs

In today’s fast-paced digital world, your brand is everything. Whether it’s your logo, website, or social media presence, first impressions count. That’s why working with an experienced, established branding firm is crucial. Here’s why:

✅ Expertise Across the Board: A seasoned firm brings together professionals who specialize in graphic design, web development, and brand strategy. Instead of piecing together freelancers or DIY solutions, you’ll get a cohesive and polished look that tells your brand’s unique story.

✅ Consistent Quality: Established firms have a track record of success and client satisfaction. They’ve honed their processes to ensure each project meets high standards—no cutting corners or missed deadlines.

✅ Tailored Solutions: Every business is different, and an experienced branding firm will take the time to understand your goals, audience, and market. They create custom designs and websites that speak directly to your target customers.

✅ Long-Term Vision: Beyond just creating a logo or website, a professional firm helps you think long-term. They’ll build your brand identity with scalability and adaptability in mind, ensuring your digital presence grows with your business.

✅ Save Time & Money: While hiring a branding firm may seem like a bigger investment upfront, it saves you from costly mistakes down the road. No more redesigns, fixes, or rebranding later on. Plus, you get a reliable team that’s available whenever you need updates or support.

Monday Notebook, July 8: Everything You Need to Know from Cowboy Christmas 2024

The beginning of the 4th quarter, the Fourth of July Run, Cowboy Christmas. Whatever you want to call it, its perhaps most crucial stretch of the ProRodeo season.

The lion's share of the money is won from July to September and they divvy out more out in the first week than any other. There are 60 PRCA Playoff Rodeos for the entire year, 20 of them come in July, and eight of them finished between July 3-6 alone.

For cowboys, a successful Fourth of July run can make or break their season and this year, the stakes were even higher as the Leap Year shuffled The Calgary Stampede up a few days to add to the chaos.

Get caught up on the craziness that was Cowboy Christmas with your Monday Notebook

News & Notes From The Rodeo Trail

ProRodeo Hall of Fame and the PRCA are excited to announce a special screening of LANE: Life | Legend | Legacy during the Class of 2024 ProRodeo Hall of Fame induction events in Colorado Springs, Colo. The event will take place on Saturday, July 13, in the main hall of the ProRodeo Hall of Fame. The screening will begin at 7 p.m. (MT), doors will open at 6 p.m.

Legendary Bull Rider Lane Frost is the subject of the documentary by Fort Worth-based production company Tough Draw working with Out of Order Studios and produced in association with the Lane Frost Brand. The feature length film LANE: Life | Legend | Legacy will focus on Frost’s faith, various challenges the young cowboy faced and most importantly, why 35 years after his death in Cheyenne, Wyo., he is still one of the most celebrated figures in Western culture.

General admission tickets to the event are $50 and will include typical movie theater food (hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, popcorn and candy) and two drinks, either soda or beer. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door on the evening of the premier for $60. Advance ticket purchase is encouraged.

Tickets are on sale now at https://www.prorodeohalloffame.com/.

A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit the ProRodeo Hall of Fame and Museum of the American Cowboy.

The ProRodeo Hall of Fame is thrilled to partner with the PRCA and Tough Draw to bring this premier to town during the Class of 2024 Induction events and the NFR Open and Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo. We invite you to join us in honoring 35 years with this special screening of Lane's documentary.

The film explores the profound impact Lane had on the sport of rodeo and the many lives he touched. Dr. Ross, the attending physician on that fateful day, shares his poignant reflections, offering a unique and heartfelt perspective.

Scott Wells begins Cowboy Christmas run with Greeley Stampede title

Scott Wells dreamed big, spanning continents and large bodies of water. The bull rider grew up in Goondiwindi, Queensland, Australia, aiming to compete on the ProRodeo circuit. Accepting an offer from Western Texas College offered an avenue to the United States.

While Wells, a sophomore for the Westerners, is still looking to make his mark on the college scene, he is turning heads in the professional events. The 21-year-old captured first place at the Greeley (Colo.) Stampede on Wednesday night, scoring 169.5 points on two head at Island Grove Arena, edging Hayes Weight (168.5) and Jeter Lawrence (143.5).

Wells faced a steep climb after putting together an 82.5-point trip on his first ride, leaving him tied for seventh. In his final go, Wells hit his stride, delivering an 87 on Beutler and Son Rodeo's Moody Muley.

"I saw him at a recent Xtreme Bulls event, so I knew a little bit about him," Wells said. "I just tried to keep my head clear and focus on the basics. It was a big crowd, an electric environment."

For Wells, this season has offered a chance to show his potential. He made his move in May with terrific showings in the southwest, including a lucrative third-place finish at the Northern Most Xtreme Bull Riding in America in Palmer, Alaska. He was carrying momentum from his huge victory at the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo in April, netting $5,000. He exceeded those winnings in Greeley. He currently sits in the top 40 in the PRCA | RAM World Standings, allowing his mind to wander a bit.

"The plan is to someday get to the NFR (National Finals Rodeo)," Wells said. "Being in college still, I find it easy (to balance everything). I enjoy doing this and enjoy being out here. I have to keep focusing on myself and letting everything else take care of itself."

Wells talks matter-of-factly. He is moving with purpose, showing improvement aboard the bulls.

"Basically, since I was a kid I dreamed of doing this," Wells said. "I would try to model myself after those riders who were at the top of the sport at the time and try to ride like them. I really don't know what I like most about it. It's just something I grew up always wanting to do."

Ty Harris finds his groove at Mandan Rodeo Days

Ty Harris talks fast, rides fast and well, ties fast.

Only 26, Harris has qualified five times for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. But he's never enjoyed a season like this. Starting with his huge payday at RodeoHouston, Harris is enjoying a rocket ride in the standings. He sits second overall in early July in tie-down roping, solidifying his spot with an impressive victory at the Mandan (N.D.) Rodeo Days.

Harris clocked a 7.7-second run in his outing, edging Dylan Hancock (7.8) and Austin Lawrence (8.1) at Dale Pahlke Arena.

"It was tough. Anytime you are roping on the Fourth of July, you know you are running against the best guys in the world," Harris said. "A lot of great ropers and good calves. I was able to do my job."

Harris credits his horse for his latest momentum. Sally is back. His decorated ride was injured until recently. But Sally returned for the first time this season and success followed. Harris finished tied for second at the Greeley (Colo.) Stampede on three-head, a blink behind winner Kincade Henry. He followed it up with his impressive run in North Dakota.

"She's amazing. It's been life changing for me to have her back," said Harris, who hails from San Angelo, Texas. "She's so fast and consistent."

Winning in excess of $75,000 at RodeoHouston in March put Harris on the fast track. He has already eclipsed $100,000 this season. The idea that he could top his 2022 season-high in earnings of $187,697 is realistic. And nobody would be surprised if Harris posted his first top-10 finish in Las Vegas.

What makes this year special is that not only is Harris pushing for his sixth NFR, but his younger brother Joel could join him as he sits seventh in the standings.

"It means a lot to have him doing well. He struggled last year and now he's having success. So, we need to keep it rolling and keep it going," Harris said. "This time of year is a challenge. It's all about having good help, a good team, and a good mentality. My slogan is 'Let's freaking rodeo!' I love everything about competing."

Other winners at the $229,210 rodeo were ba****ck rider Ty Pope (88.5 points on Bailey Pro Rodeo's Time To Rock); steer wrestler Cyler Dowling (3.9 seconds); team ropers Kavis Drake/Denim Ross (4.3 seconds); saddle bronc rider Tanner Butner (89 points on Smith Pro Rodeos' Cancun Moon); barrel racer Taylor Hanson (17.16 seconds); breakaway ropers Tanegai Zilverberg and Syerra Christensen (2.2 seconds each); and bull riders Wacey Schalla (86.5 points on Dakota Rodeo's Sneaky Situation) and Brody Yeary (86.5 points on Dakota Rodeo's Trump Train).
